Marquee Space Booking form
This form is to be completed by the Marquee owner / Representative:
Please note that the general ticket is R250,00 marquee village ( restricted area). The minimum number of tickets a marquee owner needs to secure in order to be afforded the right to host a marquee is 100 tickets.
1. The organizer reserves the right to reject any reservation and to refund the booking fee in full without naming any reasons 2. As exhibitors/Marquee owners we agree to pay the total cost shown above. We hereby declare that we have read and accepted the terms and conditions of the participation contract and agree to abide by the Rules and Regulations of the BERLIN NOVEMBER and any agreements which may be imposed by the relevant authorities or the venue as a condition of allotment of space. Strictly no live fires. We hereby sign and agree to be bound by them. 3. Any booking is only valid after it is confirmed by the organizer and if the payments are made in full and on time.
